The workouts are based on 20 minute sessions and each class has two levels; light to moderate and moderate to challenging. Each workout specifically targets different aspects of your fitness regime i.e Metabolic & Cardio, Muscle Conditioning & Shape and Flexibility & Restorative. Ideally, the classes are alternated on a 3 day split, with one day off in the middle or at the end, but are still super effective as a single blast. Not forgetting the 10 min Fit mix- 10 min blast for each body area eg- upper body, lower body, core and runners and cycle stretch! There will also feature great tutorials in more complex postures such as, headstand, crow and many more.
