1. Cut 1 apple into slices . Add 3 heaped tablespoons of Peanut Butter ( separate container ) and eat together .
2. 1 pot of greek yogurt . mix in 1 teaspoonful of honey and a handful of dried fruit.
3 1 glass of milk ( full fat organic if possible) . cut one banana into slices and eat together .
These will give good healthy energising on the go snacks ..remember to hydrate loads too.
