1- keep muscles warm before and particularly after class by layering up clothing. You can see ballet dancers doing this a lot with the use of leg warmers, sweat pants and no its not just a fashion thing lol
2- Stretch and Roll out muscles after class in the warmth of your house -concentrate on tight areas and ice feet regularly
3- Eat a balanced snack before bed if you have already had dinner before class.
4- Go over corrections in your head and even write some done this will really help them sink in.
5- Get enough rest each night - phones and computers off at a reasonable time ( I know its a pain ).
