Ok guys, most of us will have done qualifiers by now and rested!
Now, I challenge you to a 7 day workout plan...5 on 2 off ratio for 2 weeks and see if, and in what way, you feel stronger and fitter.
You will alternate between the workouts making sure you’re not over working in one area.
This is not going to be easy, but it’s going to be worth it...I promise!!
Day 1 - SWEAT & SHRED
Day 2 - PILATES then YOGA DANCERS STRETCH
Day 3 - FOOTWORK 2 then EXTENSIONS & TURNOUT
Day 4 - CARDIO & PLYO
Day 5 - STRETCH & FLEXIBILITY
DAY 6&7 - rest
The person who videos it, and sends me clips of them doing it the best, will win a free personal programme.
