Did you know that being even slightly dehydrated can cause your energy levels to drop by up to 60%. Lack of hydration can cause lack of concentration too, not great if you're trying to focus on corrections! It can also cause disrupted sleep to due to a body overheating. Muscles cramps will be more frequent and severe, again not great for sleep and lack of sleep not great for energy! Below are my top tips for staying hydrated. 1- Drink a glass of water with each meal. 2- Drink at least an average size bottle of water during class ( try to have a glass 15 min before too) 3-Drink a glass of water 30 mins before bed.
